DAY-OF DETAILS: 

• There are 32 team spots – we will create 4 teams of 8 individuals based on who indicates they would like to play. This is first-come, first-serve to whomever RSVP’s first!
• The Broadmoor pickleball courts have plenty of space for spectators. If you aren’t playing, please still join us for brunch and in the spectator stands to root for our teams!
• Brunch with food and beverages will be provided. We’re looking forward to hanging out and connecting with everyone in person!
• Weather dependent, there will be a tennis bubble over the courts; if the weather is nice, it may be removed prior to our arrival.
• The head pro and four other professionals will be in attendance, along with pickleball paddles and balls for use. 
• If you are playing in the tournament, please make sure to wear closed-toe gym shoes and athletic wear. Broadmoor dress code requests no jeans, sandals or crop tops.  

AGENDA: 

9:30am: Arrive at the Pickleball courts for brunch, mimosas, a bloody mary bar and other non-alcoholic beverages. Our team will be arriving on site early, so feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

9:45am:  ½ Hour refresher clinic for the whole group led by the head pro and Broadmoor professionals.

10:15am – 11:45am: Tournament time! If you are not playing, there is plenty of space in the stands for spectators to cheer on the teams. 

11:45am – 12:00pm: Awards and prizes!
