• Innovation: Did they introduce new ideas, processes, or solutions?
• Collaboration: How did they improve team dynamics or knowledge sharing?
• Client Focus: Did they handle a tough client situation or enhance client satisfaction in a measurable way?
• Extra Effort: How did they exceed expectations or take on responsibilities beyond their role?
