The enhancements included in LFC 23.0 Release are listed below:

Azure Communication Services (ACS) for MFA – Implements the use of ACS to send a text message and removes the need for the user to select their mobile carrier. 

  • Default Relied Upon Questions – Provides the capability to define default values for the HMDA Relied Upon fields at the institution level.
  • Ghost Borrowers – Includes updates to various pages to prevent the creation of erroneous borrower records.
  • UCD Updates – Includes updates to the Fees Editor and the Closing Disclosure page, and a new Edit Closing Disclosure page to allow for the necessary data collection to support UCD Phase 3 Critical Edits.
  • Resolved Tickets – Numerous resolved tickets are included in the 23.0 Release; you can review these tickets by accessing the Known Issues workbook on the Resource Center.
