The enhancements included in LFC 23.1 Release are listed below:

• National Mortgage Insurance Service Integration – Provides integration to place rate quote and certificate orders with National MI directly from LFC. 
• Essent Mortgage Insurance Service Integration –  Provides integration to place rate quote and certificate orders with Essent Guaranty, Inc. directly from LFC.
• UCD Related Updates – Includes updates to the Closing Disclosure and Edit Closing Disclosure pages to provide a consistent user experience.
• Resolved Tickets – Numerous resolved tickets are included in the 23.1 Release; you can review these tickets by accessing the Known Issues workbook on the Resource Center.
