The enhancements included in LFC 24.1 Release are listed below:

• LPA 5.4 and DU 1.8.6 – Updates to support the AUS specifications from the GSEs.
• ULDD Phase 5 Business Critical Items – Updates to support ULDD specification updates classified as business critical by the GSEs which are effective in 2024 and 2025.
• Additional Insurance Types – Provides the ability to create insurance items using a fee type of Other Insurance to accommodate types of insurance not supported by LFC. Multiple instances of Other Insurance can apply to a loan.
• Support for HUD 184 Loans – Updates to support origination of HUD 184 loans.
• Consumer Site Cookie Management – Notifies borrowers of the use of cookies on the site and allows them to disable analytics/marketing cookies.
• Appraisal Disclosure Package – Addition of Appraisal Disclosure Package as a standard option within LFC; includes support of eSign.
• Security Updates – Part of our continuous efforts to keep the platform secure and up to date. Within this set of updates, several text editor components were replaced with the version used elsewhere in the site.
• Resolved Tickets – Numerous resolved tickets are included in the 24.1 Release; you can review these tickets by accessing the 24.1 Resolved Tickets tab in the Known Issues workbook on the Resource Center.
