The enhancements included in LFC 25.0 Release are listed below:

• ULDD Updates for UAD Changes – Updates to support the ULDD specification updates related to the upcoming Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) and Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) changes. 
• Accessibility Updates for Tooltips – Changes to trigger a screen reader to automatically read tooltips when they are in focus.
• Support for Single Payment Loans – Updates to support origination of products that have a single balloon payment at the maturity of the loan.
• Ernst Updates – Updates to the list of questions asked in relation to an Ernst order and a change to the response displayed in LFC.
• Support for New Credit Models – Changes in stage only to allow for testing of calculations and functionality related to FICO 10T and Vantage 4.0 credit scores.
• Resolved Tickets – Numerous resolved tickets are included in the 25.0 Release; you can review these tickets by accessing the 25.0 Resolved Tickets tab in the Known Issues workbook on the Resource Center.
